- Track and research the performance of organic/local SEO and advertising campaign efforts using tools and third party programs such as; Google Analytics, Google Webmaster tools, Adwords, Facebook Ads, SEMRush, MOZ, and Yext.
- Produce and report monthly analytic website presentations for agents in an effort to properly translate data into insight and action.
- Work directly with the India and U.S. development teams to manage and complete any extensive website updates or change requests within a timely manner submitted by agents.
- Implement small front-end updates utilizing HTML and CSS, managing pages or blog content, and documenting any procedures applied to a site.
- Manage and delegate all website support tickets submitted by agents to the website team and myself. Provide direct technical support for agents through email ticket, phone, or screen share tools.
- Monitor up/downtime of all current EZLynx websites.
- Beta test new corporate and agency site features while providing constructive feedback to the developers.
